About these scorecards
These are the scoring tools the TN-507 Continuum of Care review committee uses to rate project applications in the FY2026 CoC Program Competition. Each scorecard lists the CoC threshold requirements a project must meet, and the criteria it will be scored against.
Review the scorecard that matches your project type before you submit. A project that fails any threshold criterion is not eligible for funding and will not be scored.
